Caramelized Olives Caipiroska

A twist on a classic, a caipiroska is a caipirinha made with vodka instead of cachaça. Mixed up by one of our food and drink partners Rami Lavy, he was able to showcase our dishwasher-friendly Diamond glass in Gold.

To make the cocktail, combine in the shaker:
2 olives from the caramelized olives with no syrup, and 2 pieces of lime peel (made with a peeler). Learn how to make these unique caramelized olives from Rami's Instagram page @ramithemixologist.
Muddle gently and add
2 ounce vodka
0.75 ounces caramel syrup (from the caramelized olives)
1 ounce lime juice

Shake with ice until cold, fine strain to a serving glass with fresh ice

Garnish: caramelized olive.

Enjoy! Make sure to tag @drinkfioretto on Instagram if you shake up this unique creation!
