Maghrebi Mint Sour

The Maghrebi Mint Sour is a delicious mix of Moroccan mint tea, rum, and vanilla bean. This cocktail will transport you on vacation on a breezy summer evening!

Combine in a shaker: 1 tsp vanilla paste (note that this is not interchangeable with vanilla extract), 1 egg white, 1/2 ounce lemon juice, 1/2 ounce lime juice, 1/2-3/4 ounce simple syrup* (depending on your preferred sweetness), 2 ounce white rum, 2 ounces cooled mint tea. 


Add ice and shake again until shaker is ice cold. Pour into a tall glass filled with crushed ice and garnish with mint.
