We do not accept exchanges or returns due to the delicate nature of our products and hygiene concerns, as they are used during food and drink preparation. Please keep this in mind when you are purchasing any drinkware.
If any products arrive damaged in anyway, please get in touch with our customer support team and they will be able to assist you. Please email email@example.com so a replacement product may be sent to you. You will be required to send a picture of the damaged product. Alternatively, you may opt for a full refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
